Experiential Training and Development Programs

Team-building and leadership development programs are offered to a wide variety of clientele, ranging from business groups to educational groups. Essentially, the programs we offer fall into two categories: intact groups- where the group members already know one another and newly formed groups - where the group members are unfamiliar with each other but form a team to achieve a common goal. In either case, our programs can be utilized to help promote the critical objectives determined through the needs assessment.

Groups can use program components extensively with a 'facilitated' purpose, or simply as a means of 'breaking the ice' before the main meeting, or even as a break during long conferences. Many groups have utilized an outdoor experiential-based adventure model during their programs on the Penn State campus or at 'Team-Building / Ropes course' located at the Log Cabin.
